How to ‘Reserve and collect’ from the shop
Items can be reserved by emailing sales@thesimmeringcauldron.co.uk, sending a ‘PM’ to Angela Moore via Facebook or calling 07801060616
Reserved items must be collected and paid for (see below) within two shop opening days or they will be redisplayed in the shop and the reservation cancelled.
How to ‘Reserve and collect at an event’
Items can be reserved during the 7 days leading up to an event by emailing sales@thesimmeringcauldron.co.uk, sending a ‘PM’ to Angela Moore via Facebook or calling 07801060616
Items can be reserved further in advance of an event on receipt of full payment (see below) .
Reserved items must be collected at the specific event or they will be redisplayed in the shop and the reservation cancelled.
How to ’Reserve, pay and receive by post’
Items can be reserved for posting by emailing sales@thesimmeringcauldron.co.uk, sending a ‘PM’ to Angela Moore via Facebook or calling 07801060616.
Items will  be posted, on receipt of an agreed payment to include postage (see below).
Payment (see below) for reserved items for posting must be received within two shop opening days or they will be redisplayed in the shop and the reservation cancelled.

Payment can be made by:
PayPal (to sales@thesimmeringcauldron.co.uk). Please request a PayPal invoice.
Debit/Credit Card over the phone
Cheque/postal order payable to ‘The Simmering Cauldron’. Allow up to 7 days for clearance of a cheque
Postage
Note: Postage is charged ‘at cost’ with no additional fee for handling or packaging.
